ShowroomMail, as an email marketing consultant, provides strategic guidance and execution of campaigns designed to optimize customer retention and sales for your auto dealership. While our case studies reflect proven success, we offer no guarantees or warranties regarding specific open rates, click-through rates, service appointment bookings, or sales conversions.

Email marketing results are inherently dependent on numerous external factors, including market conditions in, the quality of the client's supplied data list, competitive pricing, and seasonal demand. Our role is to maximize the potential of your campaigns, not guarantee their outcome.

2. Client Data Responsibility

The client (the dealership) bears full responsibility for the quality, legality, and accuracy of all customer data provided to ShowroomMail for campaign execution. This includes ensuring all provided data was collected with the necessary consent required underese law.

ShowroomMail is not responsible for any legal repercussions, penalties, or damages resulting from the use of illegally or improperly obtained customer data provided by the client.

We act strictly as a processor of data on your behalf; the dealership remains the ultimate data controller.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in, ShowroomMail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from our services.

This includes, but is not limited to, losses arising from temporary interruptions in email delivery or technical issues with CRM integration outside of our direct control.

While we maintain professional standards, we explicitly disclaim all liability for any non-compliance by the client with third-party service policies (e.g., Google Ads, specific CRM platform terms) arising from the use of our services.

We always strive to provide accurate performance reports, but discrepancies due to platform changes or tracking errors are possible and do not constitute a breach of contract.
