ShowroomMail Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy on Service Fees

ShowroomMail operates on a retainer model for marketing and CRM services, which includes strategy, content creation, and technical support. Since our services involve labor and time commitment from the start of the monthly period, all fees paid for our services are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.

This non-refundable policy applies to all subscription plans, including the "Retention Starter," "Full-Spectrum Growth," and "Dominator Package."

2. Cancellation of Services

Clients may cancel their monthly subscription at any time by providing written notice to ShowroomMail at least 30 days before the next scheduled billing date.

Cancellation requests received less than 30 days before the next billing cycle will result in the client being charged for the upcoming month, which will serve as the final service period. Services will continue until the end of that final paid period.

We do not offer partial refunds for mid-month cancellation; once the month begins, the full retainer fee is due and utilized to complete scheduled work.

3. Exceptions for Technical Failure

A pro-rata refund may be considered only in the extreme case of a catastrophic service failure directly attributable to ShowroomMail's systems or actions, and where such failure resulted in the total inability to deliver the core service for a continuous period of more than seven business days.

This exception does not cover performance dips, deliverability issues caused by external email providers, or delays resulting from client action or inaction.

4. Process for Refund Consideration

All requests for a refund, which must fall under the narrow exception criteria, must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the claimed service failure.

ShowroomMail will investigate the claim thoroughly and notify the client of the decision within 14 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 30 days of approval.

Our objective is transparent and clear service provision, minimizing the need for refund discussions.
