ShowroomMail Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the email marketing and CRM integration services provided by ShowroomMail ("We", "Us", or "Our") to auto dealerships in. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must ensure that all use of the service complies with all applicableese laws, including telemarketing and data protection regulations (APPI).

2. Service Scope and Payment

Our services are provided on a monthly subscription basis, as detailed in the specific pricing plan ("Plan") selected by the client. All fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

The scope of email campaigns, content creation, and CRM support is strictly limited to the features listed under your chosen Plan.

Payment must be made inese Yen (¥) by the specified due date each month. Failure to remit timely payments may result in the temporary suspension of email automation and campaign execution.

3. Client Obligations and Data Rights

The client (the auto dealership) remains the sole owner of all customer data submitted for email marketing purposes. You warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions and consents from your customers required for us to legally process their data for your email campaigns.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data lists provided to us for segmentation and mailing. We reserve the right to audit and reject lists that show excessive bounce rates or non-compliance indicators.

4. Intellectual Property

ShowroomMail retains ownership of all intellectual property rights related to our email templates, marketing automation scripts, and proprietary campaign strategies.

Upon termination of the service, the client will retain ownership of the campaign results, customer data, and all branded content we created specifically for their dealership.

All custom copywriting, including new model launch messaging, is licensed for use exclusively by the client during the active subscription period.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
